I loved this dress, but it was too small in the hips for me. It is even made well. When I got it in the mail, I saw my card was charged 30.00 for shipping on top of the price of the dress. I could deal with that. It is a beautiful dress. But when I tried to return it and order a size up, the vendor at first didn't respond. Then after another attempt the vendor said they would send a label, but they just sent a barcode. I tried again and they sent me an address in China to return the item to. Luckily, I had taken screenshots of the dress before deciding to purchase. One of the screen shots had the print "free returns" at the bottom of the picture. Amazon backed up their A to Z guaranty and refunded my money. I still look at their dresses because they are beautiful. I saw a statement recently that if you send your measurements, they will custom make the item. I am so very tempted to try it, but am now afraid because the vendor sent me a final email telling me to "take the dress and find a post office who will send for free". I did not think that was meant very kindly. Wasn't sure which size will work for her, I thought that since I've been ordering many dresses from Amazon. It would be easy to return if one of the sizes didn't work for her, but no it is not easy at all. You pay to ship your return item. The seller is from China & DHL & UPS cost as much as the dress itself already. Now I'm stuck with 1 dress that didn't work for my daughter, so beware!I was skeptical about this dress at first but can I just say how perfect it is! I love it. Hugs all the right places. However, the train is really long but still so cute. Overall, a must buy!
